They are not approved for human or animal consumption and have not been evaluated by the TGA or any other regulatory body for therapeutic use. There is no minimum order. You can purchase a single vial if that is all your research requires. We offer free AusPost Express shipping on all orders over $300 AUD, so many researchers combine orders to take advantage of this.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C, away from light and moisture, and will remain stable for 12–24 months under these conditions. Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, store at 2–8°C (standard fridge) and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution. Bacteriostatic Water should be kept at room temperature until opened, then refrigerated at 2–8°C.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched same day via AusPost Express Post. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive your AusPost tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our Sydney facility.

Yes. Free AusPost Express shipping is included on all orders over $300 AUD. Orders under $300 AUD incur a flat $14.95 AUD shipping fee, Australia-wide. There are no other hidden fees.

We now ship to both Australia and New Zealand. For Australian orders, free AusPost Express shipping is included on all orders over $300 AUD, with a flat $14.95 fee for orders under $300. For New Zealand customers, two options are available at checkout — Express International (2–5 business days, $35 AUD) and Standard International (4–7 business days, $18 AUD). We do not currently ship to any other countries.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your AusPost tracking number. You can track your parcel on our Track Order page or directly at auspost.com.au. Tracking updates in real time as your parcel moves through the AusPost Express network.

We accept two payment methods. The first is card payment via Square — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted through Square's secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption. The second is direct bank transfer to our Commonwealth Bank account (BSB 062-948, Account 4603 9212). Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment is confirmed. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Due to the nature of research peptides, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@purelux.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We assess each case individually and will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Yes. Card payments are processed by Square using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details — Square handles all payment data and we only receive a transaction confirmation. For bank transfers, only your name and transfer amount are shared with us through your own bank's secure system.

Use our Peptide Calculator for precise reconstitution volumes. The standard process is: draw the required volume of Bacteriostatic Water into a syringe, insert the needle into the peptide vial and slowly inject the water down the inside wall of the vial — do not spray directly onto the powder. Allow the peptide to dissolve naturally without shaking or stirring. Typical concentrations range from 1–5mg/mL depending on your protocol. Store reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. The preservative inhibits bacterial growth, allowing a reconstituted vial to be accessed multiple times without contamination risk. It is the standard reconstitution solution for lyophilised research peptides and is strongly recommended over plain sterile water for any multi-dose research protocol. We supply BAC Water for $20 per vial.
