Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end. Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar. Your payment details are transmitted securely and never stored on our servers.
No Card Storage
We do not store your credit card, debit card or bank details. Payment is processed by our secure payment provider and only transaction confirmation is received by us.
Instant Processing
Payments are processed instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our dispatch queue immediately. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched same day.
Australian Tax Receipts
All purchases receive an Australian tax receipt issued in AUD. Our ABN is included on all receipts. Receipts are emailed immediately upon payment confirmation.

Currency
All prices on pureluxlabs.com.au are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. International cards may incur conversion fees charged by your issuing bank - this is outside our control.
No Subscriptions
All Purelux Labs purchases are one-off transactions. We do not offer subscription billing and will never charge your card without explicit authorisation for each individual order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. We process refunds on our end within 1-2 business days of approval.
Payment Disputes
If you have a query about a charge on your statement, contact us at hello@purelux.com.au before raising a dispute with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of billing queries quickly and directly.
