By accessing and using pureluxlabs.com.au and purchasing products from Purelux Labs Australia ("Purelux Labs", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Purelux Labs Australia.

2.1 All products sold by Purelux Labs are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only.

2.2 Products are not approved for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or veterinary use.

2.3 By purchasing, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified researcher; (b) products will be used solely for legitimate in-vitro research; (c) you understand the regulatory status of research compounds in your jurisdiction; (d) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.4 Purelux Labs accepts no liability for any misuse of its products. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring products are used lawfully and for research purposes only.

3.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Purelux Labs. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

3.2 Products are available for purchase within Australia and New Zealand only.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any order at our absolute discretion, at any time, without providing a reason.

3.4 By placing an order you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

4.1 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable.

4.2 Product descriptions and purity claims are based on independent HPLC laboratory analysis. Certificates of Analysis are provided for each batch.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or modify product specifications without notice.

4.4 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product and packaging may vary slightly from images displayed.

5.1 An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, cancel, or reject any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

5.2 Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched. We accept card payments via Square (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and direct bank transfer to our nominated account.

5.3 For bank transfer orders, payment must be received within 48 hours of placing an order. Orders where payment is not received within this period may be cancelled without notice.

5.4 Bank transfers received in an incorrect amount will be held pending resolution. Purelux Labs is not obligated to dispatch an order until the correct amount has been received in full.

5.5 All card payments are processed securely via Square with 256-bit SSL encryption. Purelux Labs does not store card details.

5.6 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). New Zealand customers will be charged in AUD and their bank will apply the prevailing exchange rate.

5.7 You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or guarantee of dispatch until payment is confirmed.

6.1 We dispatch via AusPost Express Post for Australian orders. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.

6.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by AusPost, NZPost or events outside our control.

6.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We recommend you track your order and ensure someone is available to receive delivery.

6.4 Free express shipping applies to Australian orders over $300 AUD. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate shipping fee.

6.5 New Zealand orders are shipped via NZPost. Two shipping options are available at checkout — Express International (2–5 business days, $35 AUD) and Standard International (4–7 business days, $18 AUD). NZPost delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing and local carrier schedules.

7.1 Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

7.2 By completing a purchase with Purelux Labs you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

7.3 No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be issued.

7.4 If an order is held, seized, delayed, or rejected by customs — including New Zealand customs — it is entirely the customer's responsibility to follow up and resolve the matter with the relevant customs authority. Purelux Labs will not liaise with customs on the customer's behalf and will not issue a refund, replacement, or store credit for any order held or seized at the border.

7.5 It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with the import regulations of their country prior to placing an order. Purelux Labs accepts no liability for orders intercepted, held, or destroyed by customs or border protection agencies.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Purelux Labs total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

8.2 Purelux Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of our products.

8.3 All products are sold as-is for research purposes only. Purelux Labs makes no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the purity specifications stated in the relevant Certificate of Analysis.

8.4 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.1 All content on pureluxlabs.com.au including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis, pricing information, and website design is the exclusive property of Purelux Labs Australia and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

9.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express prior written permission.

9.3 Certificates of Analysis issued by Purelux Labs are provided for transparency purposes only and remain the property of Purelux Labs Australia. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of COA documents is strictly prohibited.

9.4 The Purelux Labs name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Purelux Labs Australia. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use our trademarks.

10.1 Purelux Labs collects personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.

10.2 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers) or where required by law.

10.3 Order information is transmitted to our order notification service (Formspree) for the purpose of processing your order. Payment information is handled directly by Square and is not stored by Purelux Labs.

10.4 We handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. For full details refer to our Privacy Policy.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or any purchase made through pureluxlabs.com.au, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10.3 If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
